Background:


As an important means of agricultural production, the quality of chemical fertilizer has a direct impact on agricultural income increase and food security. A well-known domestic fertilizer enterprise has been deeply cultivated in the industry for many years, committed to providing green, safe and efficient fertilizer for agricultural production. 

In order to pursue a more efficient and environmentally friendly production mode, facilitate daily production and ensure high product quality, the fertilizer company decided to upgrade its existing internal logistics facilities and transform them in the hope to reduce production costs, reduce carbon emissions and improve process efficiency.

Customer demands:


In the offline link of finished products in its fertilizer manufacturing workshop, the traditional manual forklift is still used to complete the handling task. In addition, the finished product storage is soft package stacking, and the single stack of goods is heavy, which directly adds a layer of difficulty to the project:

The operating environment in the reservoir area is complex, with many people and many cars, which is prone to forklift personnel collision, forklift rollover and other accidents, with high safety risk.

Product turnover is fast, coupled with 24h continuous operation, the work intensity is large, manual operation can not meet the needs of such efficient operation.

The rising labor cost restricts the product benefit, because it cannot avoid the work error and product waste caused by manual operation.
