The motor vehicle factory is a relatively complex, systematic and automatic intelligent factory. Its core is the paint shop with extremely high sealing requirements. The core production line besides the paint shop, includes stamping, car body, final assembly and inspection production processes. Application requirement:
The MES (Manufacturing execution system) system, is an important part of intelligent factory construction. Through the MES system, people is able to build a transparent factory, and standardized and digitized of production lines easily; Through the Industrial Ethernet and HMI, it is simply to realize equipment interconnection and visual management of production planning, quality control, error prevention and traceability. According to the project assessment and analysis, TAICENN provides the standard product model TPC-PC215K2 for a sample testing. The Panel PC system is based on Intel low-power high-performance dual-core 7th-generation Core i5-7200U processor. It adopts our modular design concept and high-strength aluminum-magnesium alloy casing. It uses large-area aluminum fin heat sink and positive cooling system, to ensure a solid body and long-term reliability. This Panel PC system is designed with 21.5-inch widescreen Full HD and high-reliability EETI touch controller touchscreen panel, true flat and bezel-free structure design. Its front surface can achieve IP65 rated protection standard, also support panel mount and VESA mount option.
After the preliminary test of the sample, we do some optimized improvement for better sealing design, to meet the customer's on-site application environment requirements.
