How to select a Core i3, i5 or i7 Processors?
Release Time:2019/9/26 Number Of Clicks:334

Intel Core i3, Core i5, and Core i7 CPUs have greatly spread around the world of technology. However, there are still many people who cannot recognize the differences between Core i3, i5 and i7 processors. Different processors provide different quality in operating the CPUs and performances. Therefore, to select the most suitable processors for your purpose is one of the key point to consider when purchasing computer products.
Number of Cores
First of all, the more cores there are, the more tasks served at the same time. Next, think a core as in individual processor. As for dual-core, there has two internal processors. Furthermore, a quad-core means four internal processors. Moreover, higher the core number is, the more tasks the processor operates. For example, with dual-core, one can run two applications at the same time, and each one has access to its own processor. Therefore, multiple cores aim to improve performance of computer products.
In general speaking, Core i7 is better than Core i5, which is better than Core i3. Furthermore, the numbers of Core i are simply indicated of their relative processing powers. Moreover, Core i3 processors have two cores, Core i5 CPUs have four and Core i7 models also have four.

Turbo Boost & Cache size
With Intel Turbo Boost, the processors increase the clock speed. Furthermore, Turbo Boost allows the processors and graphics performance better quality. Moreover, Turbo Boost automatically gives processor cores to run faster than the their operating frequency.
When CPU finds the same data are being used repeatedly, CPU stores the these kind of data in cache. In other word, cache is similar as RAM, only difference is cache is faster and built by CPU itself.  Furthermore, the purpose of RAM and cache serve as keeping the areas for frequently used data. Without the bigger RAM or cache, CPU keeps reading from hard disk drive which takes much more time.
Moreover, cache offers minimization in interaction with the RAM. While RAM minimises the interaction with hard disk. Furthermore, with a larger cache reaches more data quickly and easily. Therefore, when considering about which processors should use, the cache size is one of the most importants to think about.

Hyper-Threading

First of all, with Intel technology hyper-threading which used to make a single core appear as multiple cores on the same chip. However, Intel has use hyper-threading to better the performance of parallel computations in multi-core processors. Furthermore, hyper-threading helps to improves the performance by sharing the workload to multiple cores. With hyper-threading technology enables a single core to serve multiple threads.
