As scheduled yesterday (3rd- April, 2019), a new European customer will come to visit us TAICENN office. In the early morning, TAICENN VP. sales director Eason Tsang and sales manager Roger Ge went to pick him up to our office.
Part one:
We both had a good presentation on company, and company capability. TAICENN presented company portfolio, our modular 2.0 concept, and customization capability and reference customized products.
Customer now understood that: TAICENN modular 2.0 concept aim to solve the industrial computer system pain points, including small batch, multiple models, lots of customization, competitive cost, long delivery time, uncontrollable quality, big inventory. TAICENN modular concept now has reached to 2.0 version, as we are now self-developing modules, such as MXM modules and Adoor modules.
So, it made us to know each other better.
Part two:
As we all know, TAICENN has two family product lines. One is for customized designed and mold manufacture red, as they can be able to deliver very quick, and cost-saving; T family products are more flexible for small modification and customization. And we tried to let customer understand our products line and technology. Customer spoke highly of our TAICENN core values and products design. And we believe we can start some discussion and projects development step by step.

Part three:
We have a good discussion on marketing situation, as we could collect as more as information from customers. It is a good way to understand market changing, and provide excellent service and support to our customers.
At last, we drunk some Chinese Tea and had lunch together. After lunch, TAICENN called a car and sent the customer to his next destination. And it is a really good visit and discussion with customer.
