No infection reported amount TAICENN employee
Until today (2020-02-16), no infections are reported amount our staff. All our staff are very safe and healthy.
At present, TAICENN Shenzhen HQ has been operating normally, and our support to customers is ongoing. There is no impact on sales & marketing issues.

Production & Engineering are gradually resumed
According to the Chengdu’s measures, our factory is not resumed. The factory has worked on resume process since 10th-Feb, and has submitted all needed documents for resuming work last week. 
However, the factory still didn’t get a formal resume letter from government.
Therefore, it is still impossible to resume work at this stage, but we have urged to resume work as soon as possible.

The obvious impact
Since the industrial park is not allowed to enter the facility, our R&D and manufacturing still can’t actively work. It has a great impact on our latest project requirement.
Also, our company has counted the situation of our supply chain. Mainly, the suppliers are still delivering stock inventory, and most of them can’t resume production for new orders.
So, our listed orders will be delayed again.

Latest update
According to the current statement of Chinese government, and the resuming situation in various regions, the resume request will be quickly answered.
The factory is expected to have a reply within 3 days (20th -Feb.)
