On 5th,July, the National Industrial Information Security Development and Research Center (hereinafter referred to as the "Center") officially released the "Industrial Internet Platform Application Data Map (2021)"."Industrial Internet Platform Application Data Map (2021)" shows, the national penetration rate of industrial Internet platform application increased from 14.67% to 17.5% in 2020.
Overall level:
The national industrial Internet platform application level from 31.76 points in 2020 to 34.25 points, the application level of the provincial industrial Internet platform presents an overall ladder distribution feature.
The first tier provinces and cities in the eastern coastal areas, respectively for Guangdong, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Shandong and Shanghai. Those cities's industrial Internet platform application penetration rate from 14.67% to 17.5% in 2020 and their industrial Internet platform application penetration gap gradually narrowed;
Cloud on equipment:
the cloud rate of industrial equipment of national enterprises increased from 13.1% to 15.5% in 2020, and the cloud level of industrial equipment of transportation equipment manufacturing industry increased from 12.37% to 18.22% in 2020 with the most impressive growth performance among various industries;
Business cloud:
the cloud penetration rate of national business increased from 36.46% to 38.44% in 2020, the light industry pays more attention to operation management as well as research and development design business cloud, the textile industry pays more attention to production management business cloud and the electronics industry business cloud focuses on product value-added services;
Big data mining and analysis:
the proportion of enterprises effectively carrying out big data mining and analysis in various industries has increased significantly. The proportion of enterprises conducting big data mining and analysis in the electronics industry is 33.34%, ranking the first among all industries in China;
Industrial knowledge precipitation reuse:
the proportion of enterprises carrying out industrial knowledge precipitation reuse based on industrial Internet platform reached 16.85%, slightly higher than 15.43% in 2020. Industrial data, modelling, knowledge and others accelerated packaging and formation of various industrial APP and popularization in various industries;
In terms of model innovation: the national construction capacity of innovative development model based on industrial Internet platform has been significantly enhanced. In 2021, the application of innovative development model such as digital management, intelligent manufacturing, network collaboration, personalized customization, and service extension had accounted for 37.36%, 19.87%, 27.45%, 11.36% and 26.55%, respectively.
It is reported that the "industrial Internet platform application data map (2021)" based on the "industrial Internet platform enterprise application level and performance evaluation" national standard (GB / T 23030) has entered the approval stage and officially released.
It is predictable that there will be more industrial Internet platforms emerging in the future. Waiting for these new platforms is not only the strong policy support, the blue ocean market, but also the trial and error of business models, the tempering of their own strength, and the construction of the ecosystem. Opportunities and challenges coexist for a long time.
